At Lily Flo London, we create quietly radiant jewellery for modern life and meaningful moments. Founded by designer Diana, our pieces are inspired by light, emotion, and the architecture of connection — from the flicker of starlight to the curves of the human form.

Every design is handcrafted in our London studio using 100% recycled gold and ethically grown diamonds. We believe in conscious luxury: jewellery that not only looks beautiful, but feels thoughtful — whether worn every day or given to celebrate life’s quiet milestones.

Processing time:

Each piece is handmade to order in our London studio. Please allow 2–4 working days before dispatch.

Delivery options:

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard. Upgrades to Express or Special Delivery are available at checkout.

Packaging:

Your jewellery will arrive in our signature coral-red Lily Flo London gift box, ready for gifting, with the option to include a personalised note.

International delivery:

We ship worldwide using reliable tracked services. Delivery times vary depending on destination — please allow up to 10 working days outside the UK.

Sustainability:

We use fully recyclable packaging and ship using carbon-neutral carriers where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely happy, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first to arrange your return.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to their personalised nature, bespoke or made-to-order pieces (including custom sizes or engravings) are non-refundable unless faulty. However, we’re always happy to help with resizing or adjustments where possible.

Repairs & Adjustments

We stand by the quality of our work. If your piece needs a repair or minor adjustment, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to assist you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this, production may already be underway.

Gift Orders

We never include prices in the box, so your order is always gift-ready. You can add a personalised gift message at checkout.
